If I click on the search bar I can also see SearchUI.exe crashing in process explorer... Not only is there a double click problem but even the menu items from task manager is lost :S I am in grave tension .. If Windows has failed so bad that you cannot enter it, this will not work, but you would have bigger problems than the Start and/or Search not working....
