From the looks of it Windows seems to be up-to-date. googled for solution Found this http://starrguide.com/resolve-nvidia-windows-kernel-error/ and found out that the if the DXgkrnl.sys is involved it is an issue with nvidia and microsoft DX drivers. Play a game in full screen or window mode and check if the Display Driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver error still persists.
