I have this problem to, until now I still don't have any help on what to to do. Even when I down load new files using my Google Chrome, this files can't be executed through the run features. I hope I helped you greatly on this issue. You can;t go on those windows since IE is not loading.

When you get to where it gives you choises what you want or dont want installed. I ran several malware removal tools and the EXE's didn't work. I have asked other computer people and the repair staff at various computer stores, but no one else seems to have encountered this problem. My newly installed Google Chrome doesn't work either.
