Try to change your dns to normal, maybe this will help. none of this worked for me. Chrome starts and opens a window, but can't go to any websites. This fixed my IE and my lost explorer search button.

Clem, I know what the Download button looks like, and when I click on it I get iLivid. Only reason I have IE installed is so that I can get the updates from MS. It's an issue with IE8 or its settings somewhere.
