From my debugging experience, I may say it to you that if there is any network related issue, in most of thses it got solved by uninstalling Mcafee. many thanks to giving this solution... I setup HII with LANDesk using the enterprise driver cabs provided by Dell. My problem was resolved however by updating the video driver.
All other results were essential dead ends. I've done factory reset and updated windows and all drivers and I started having this problem. No mini dumps were generated, powercfg - energy didn't show any major issues, and event viewer was useless. Updating graphic drivers solved the problem for me. The hard disc failed completely and had to be replaced with a brand new one. How can I apply the fix with dead display?!!!!! It'll surely come to life and repeat the process again. Latitude E6420 and Latitude E6430 with O2Micro integrated MMC/SD Controller with anything higher than driver 188.8.131.5260 seemed to crash laptop after sleep.
