I've been using converter lite to burn off standard sized films and they work perfectly no problems. I think this might have been put on my computer at the computer shop. You can test RAM with a program like Memtest 86: http://www.memtest86.com/ Those programs may not highlight the problem, but they may eliminate some possibilities. Maybe it's marginal or isn't being released after the program runs.
